Test the idea before you commit to the build.

A focused piece of working software can answer the difficult questions: does the technology work, is the information useful, and can your team use it in practice?

Evidence before investment

Find out what is worth taking further.

01

Understand the technical risk

Check how systems, data and integrations really work before assumptions become expensive commitments.

02

Test with working software

Build only what is needed to test whether an idea is useful and technically possible before funding a full product.

03

Test whether AI helps with the task

Test one clear task with realistic information, agreed success measures and human review before deciding whether AI adds value.

04

Solve problems more than one team faces

Identify recurring service problems where one adaptable product makes more sense than repeated one-off builds.

A useful outcome

A clear decision about what comes next.

You should leave a proof of concept with a decision: develop the idea, change direction or stop. We focus the build on the question that matters, test it with realistic information and explain the findings.

An early prototype is not automatically ready for production. Security, scale and support requirements for a full launch are assessed separately.
